We operate two SAYI Mork stamping machines and one Sutherland SPC 300-ton press, enabling us to handle a wide range of stamping projects, from small intricate components to heavy-duty metal parts. Our equipment ensures high-speed production, repeatable accuracy, and cost-effective solutions for both low and high-volume manufacturing.
Metal stamping is a cold-forming process that uses dies and high-pressure presses to shape, cut, or emboss metal sheets into precise components. The process involves:
✔ Blanking – Cutting raw material into a desired shape.
✔ Piercing – Punching holes or slots in the metal.
✔ Bending & Forming – Shaping metal into required angles.
✔ Embossing & Coining – Adding patterns or strengthening features.
Metal parts are clamped between upper and lower dies in a press brake, bending them at sharp angles up to 120 degrees. While the lower die modifies the press’s form or angle, the higher die consistently applies force to the metal sheet or plate.
Press brake machines are most frequently used in the automotive and aerospace industries as well as any application that calls for metal cabinets or housings.
The best thing about working at Malton Best is that you get to work with such enthusiastic people who are ready to solve problems. I appreciate working with people from all over the world and from all cultures who are dedicated to and enjoy their profession.
